Obtaining Bone Points is simple. From the moment you purchase with Wellindal you will receive Bone points*: For each euro spent, you will get a maximum of 5-100 bone points per purchase. Please remember to log in to receive your points. There are several advantages when you collect Bone points such as gifts and discounts.
*There will only be points given for orders when: you haven´t used any points and when orders do not use discount coupons

Once you are logged on, you will see your points and we will let you know what gifts or discounts you can exchange them for. We will inform you of your remaining points in which you can use to exchange for your first Wellindal gift. For every order placed, you will accumulate points for every purchase made.
Yes. From 1 January 2012, you will have three years to use the points. However, if you don't buy anything in two years or you not use your points, all points you have collected will expire.
If you lose your Club Wellindal card, please contact Wellindal as soon as possible. Email to clubWellindal@Wellindal.uk or call +34 933967172. We will block the card as soon as possible for you.
The bone points you collected so far will not be lost. We will send a new card as soon as possible. If you received it, you must contact Wellindal and we'll connect your new account to the previous one.
No, you can only use the points you have on your card, this is personal and not transferable.
You can cancel your membership at any time, without any obligation.
As with the registration, the cancellation with Club Wellindal is completely FREE.
If you want to cancel, then you only need to send an e-mail to cancel@Wellindal.uk and we will proceed with cancellation.
Please note: All accumulated points will be losed should you decide to cancel the membership. Points cannot be restored in the event of wanting to re-register in future.

If you change your card, you lost it or it’s stolen, don't worry about your points. They will be safely saved in Wellindal.
However, Wellindal reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify his rules and conditions. Wellindal agrees to notify changes properly through the regular ways of communication with customers.
